Subsequent to yesterday's update I am bound to share another update. Today Self , Mr Rajesh Yadav & Dr Sameer Trivedi had a meeting in Nirma University with Dr Mayank Bhatia, Dr Parasar & Dr Poonam who are MDP ,s Team Members ( Management Development Program ). The idea to interact with this team is to organise some short term programs (Online/offline) for SAG members interested to do. Had detailed discussion/deliberation on specific topics such as : Negotiation Skills, Communication, Conflict Management, Leadership Management, Employees/ Employer Relationship, Labour Laws(Wage Code Bill) & Communication.
